1. About Batal OpenClaw

Batal OpenClaw is an independently operated personal AI assistant project managed by Maher Khayyat. This site is informational only. It does not offer public accounts, a public chatbot, or access to connected private services.

2. Authorized use

The assistant is intended for its authorized operator. Access to connected Google services and other integrations depends on permissions granted by their respective account holders.

Visiting this site does not grant access to private Google accounts, files, messaging services, financial records or the assistant's server.

3. Human oversight

AI outputs may be inaccurate or incomplete. The operator is responsible for reviewing consequential actions and should not treat AI-generated responses as professional legal, medical or financial advice.

4. Integrations and privacy

Batal may use Google Drive, Gmail, Calendar, Docs, Sheets and Slides, hosting services, and an AI model provider as authorized. These providers have their own policies. For details on how Batal accesses and handles data, see the Privacy Policy.

Google permissions can be revoked through Google Account permissions. Revocation does not automatically delete previously stored files, local records, or backups.

5. Availability

This is an evolving personal project. Features and integrations may change or be discontinued. No public service availability or support commitment is offered.

6. Disclaimer

To the extent permitted by applicable law, this informational site and the project are provided without warranties regarding continuous availability or error-free operation. Nothing in these terms excludes responsibilities that cannot legally be excluded.
